Components of Full Package Production
Material Sourcing:

Fabric and Trims: The manufacturer is responsible for sourcing all necessary materials including the primary fabrics, as well as secondary materials like threads, buttons, zippers, and any other trims required for garment construction.
Quality Assurance: Part of the sourcing includes ensuring that all materials meet the client’s quality standards and are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Design and Development:

Concept Realization: If the client provides concepts or initial designs, the manufacturer may refine these into detailed designs suitable for production.
